One of the things that sets LEAD College apart from any other college is that we pair a world class academic classroom experience with practical ministry skill development.
MINISTRY TRAINING Program
Lead College is Church of the King’s biblically-based, leadership training institution. We exist to equip the next generation of ministry and marketplace leaders who will reach people and build lives.
1.) Ministry Tracks: In Ministry Tracks students get hands-on training and get to discover and develop their unique gifts under great leadership with personal mentorship.
2.) Ministry & Leadership Courses: Ministry & Leadership courses are strategically designed to train students in ministry and leadership principles and create a foundation for building future careers in the ministry and marketplace. Ministry and Leadership courses are taught by Church of the King staff and focus on topics within spiritual formation, character building, leadership and ministry development.
